Margaret Johnson is our QC Manager. Margaret has been with Performance Produce for 10 years. In her QC role Margaret is responsible for training New Employees. She also heads up the continued education of our employees ensuring that all employee are full trained on current food safety and Quality Assurance.
We believe that Quality is an absolute must for our customers. We know that quality begins on our front lines. We educate our entire staff on updated food safety and handling. We have a continuing education program that is required of all our employees.
